I think she will feel guilty early on, but it's a mix of feeling bad about the act and that she doesn't regret it. I don't think Bay regrets telling Emmett she loves him and making love to him, but she probably wishes she had ended things with Tank before hand and that's natural.

She cared about Tank and he was a good friend, and if he finds out (which he will since this is SAB) it would hurt him and Bay isn't someone who enjoys seeing people being hurt.

I also thing her guilt will reach its peak when she finds out he left the frat. That's like an ouch.

for sure. and he'll probably tell her all excited hoping she'll be so proud of him. only making her feel worse about it.

I just meant since Bay is the one doing the talking and Emmett is looking all nervous, how could it not be that his fears are eased after she says that? Of course he'll want them to be together.

It's acceptable to discuss promos here, right? As long as they have aired on TV?

If it is, then I am wondering where Bay's car (The Thing) is in that scene at Blue River Road. We can see Emmett's motorcycle clearly. Where is Bay's car? We've never not seen it when they have been there together in the past. It should be right behind her, and it's not.

I am intrigued.
