I don’t think it’s impossible for Zarra to be redeemed; however, Zarra seems pretty set in her ways. What is interesting is that Bay has chosen best friends (Zarra and Simone) in people who don’t seem to have great home support systems and therefore, lead them to not make good decisions in how they live their lives.

Zarra doesn’t have anyone to worry about her or to worry about, so she’s out for number one. Even the cop wrote her off. He warned Bay off, but views Zarra as a lost cause. I think there’s probably a big part of Zarra, who like Bay, has an emotional component to her street art and is also screaming “see me!”

But she doesn’t handle it well.

Is Zarra always going to be like this? I would hope not. It depends on if she views what is she doing as wrong and can mature. Not just street art; but she didn’t seem to take her job seriously, she lives off the grid, doesn’t pay rent. Will she be like this in ten years? Maybe, maybe not. She did encourage Bay to be honest. Who knows. When they have both grown up maybe they could be friends again.

Zarra would have to really grow up by leaps and bounds for that to be a safe relationship I think.

Yeah, I agree with that.

But I'm not saying it could never happen.

So we got a Zarra mention last episode. Toby thought "Angry Medusa" might have gone past the friendzone. :lmao:

A lot of people had that vibe. I don't know if it was the way TR was playing Zarra or what, but I could buy Zarra as a lesbian. I never thought they'd go there though because I didn't see an attraction on Bay's side.

I didn't see the lesbian vibe but I guess other posters did.. I wondered when we'd get a Zarra mention and then poof, we get one lol

Yeah, I guess it's subjective. I never ever got a Toby/Emmett vibe, but others did.

I still hate the Zarra plot especially since in the real world, you bail someone out and they skip out on a court date equals very unpleasant consequences for you.

My OP idea:

^ Wow! I love that! It's beautiful. It sort of makes me ship them!

In an AU, it would be fun if Emmett & Toby tried things out together, because Emmett got his heartbroken when he saw Bay was with Zarra. I would enjoy a few episodes of that!
