I'm hoping that Bay doesn't go for Tank only upon suspecting he's got a crush on her, and because Emmett's involved with somebody else. I really like him. I think that what the girls need is a nice platonic friendship with guys right now, but those tend to get lost when the romantic angle is abandoned (ex. Daphne/Travis, Daphne/Emmett [hardly any scenes together now ... and they're supposed to be best friends]). Since Travis isn't involved with either of the main girls, he's pretty much pushed out of things and only in filler scenes that involve solving weird mysteries (a la Scooby Gang) like "who's vandalizing at Carlton?"

I don't think Bay will go for Tank just because he likes her and Emmett is unavailable. Even though the promo tried to make it seem as though Bay was referring to Emmett when she said "I don't want to do that to him," I have a feeling she's talking about Tank and his possible feelings for her and not wanting to hurt him or lead him on.

Yeah I think bay is prob referring to tank with that line and not Emmett. Is Emmett even in this episode?

I'm stuck doing a lab at the uni, so I might not get to watch the east coast broadcast.
 I hope I'll be done with all this coding nonsense before it airs. I'd be curious about Toby's reaction too. I'd love me some protective big brother scenes if it is Bay. __________________

I'm glad that Tank was there for Bay. At least Bay tried to be gentle/honest, and I rather like the way she went about it. Sure, Tank was a little disappointed at first, but he was right there when she needed a friend - loved how he "coached" her into being a goalie, rooted her on, and helped her when she fell and got hurt. He's a great guy and would be such a wonderful friend. I really hope they don't ruin it. Sadly, I have no faith that they won't (since I saw the promo of them kissing)
.Regina is right - Sheree needs an intervention. I'm wondering if her mother is bipolar (the "up" and "down" reference). She seemed really weird when she said that she needed more space. Kathryn surprised me with the kind of stories she was willing to dish out. I'm glad she was having fun, but it seemed like the editor is only going to capitalize on the tell-all aspect and then slowly phase Kathryn out of it. I just wish that she didn't react the way she did to finding out John shared a kiss with another woman - uh, Kathryn, you shared a kiss with your attorney during the lawsuit storyline! Daphne and Bay cracked me up tonight. They're totally acting like sisters. Liked how Bay said to Daphne (regarding not letting Tank down yet), "Oh please. You didn't tell Emmett for eight years." At least they can joke about it.__________________

That line did make me laugh. And it's true. Wilke did have to spell it out and be all "He's in love with you." So, I didn't mind Bay saying that as snark.
Real Baseball Wives. Hmm. We'll see how that will affect J&K. Me thinks Toby won't be too happy to hear his mother-in-law was macking on his daddy. Ick. |
