I think Mulan wasn't in love with him but had feelings for him. Still I believe she knew she stood no chance against Aurora.

I'm hoping that even if Philip and Mulan do love each other, that it's not a romantic love. That tends to muddle things up. I really don't need another triangle after the Mary/David/Kathryn storyline from last season.

I'd rather they love each other as friends/comrades.

Yeah, I got the impression it was more of a platonic love. I don't think a love triangle is an issue now. I think the focus will shift onto Aurora and Mulan becoming friends and helping Snow and Emma.

I think maybe there were some feelings there, but I think Mulan is clearly an independent and strong woman who DOES NOT wear her heart on her sleeve.

Exactly how I pictured her to be!

I loved her in this episode, honestly! I really think she is going to become one of my favs. I want to see her battle, though!
