TIANA SEEKS ANSWERS IN AN ATTEMPT TO SAVE HER KINGDOM, AND IVY PLOTS TO TAKE DOWN VICTORIA BELFREY, ON ABC’S ‘ONCE UPON A TIME’

“Greenbacks” – Tiana seeks help from a traveling soothsayer, the iconic Dr. Facilier, in an attempt to save her kingdom. But when it’s revealed that he has an ulterior motive she’s forced to take matters into her own hands. In Hyperion Heights, Sabine and Jacinda take on a risky business venture, but the strength of their friendship is tested when Victoria interferes with their plans. Meanwhile, Ivy recruits Henry to investigate Victoria, and Roni makes a discovery that could change her relationship with Henry forever. Rogers uncovers a crucial clue in his search for Eloise Gardener, on “Once Upon a Time,” FRIDAY, NOV. 3 (8:00–9:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network.

“Once Upon a Time” stars Lana Parrilla as Regina/Roni, Robert Carlyle as Rumpelstiltskin/Weaver, Colin O’Donoghue as Hook/Rogers, Andrew J. West as Henry Mills, Gabrielle Anwar as Lady Tremaine/Victoria Belfrey, Dania Ramirez as Cinderella/Jacinda and Alison Fernandez as Lucy.

So Drizella remembers who she is. I'm wondering if the curse was her doing,not Victoria's. The mysterious woman made it seem like Drizella was the one in charge.

It was nice seeing Robin Givens after all these years. I haven't seen her since the Chris Rock movie, "Head of State". Still looking good.

She's Mayor McCoy on Riverdale. I was a little startled when I saw her,but it's a one-episode thing. She did a good job,although Tiana already being a princess is something I have to wrap my head around.

I still think Victoria cast the curse, but Drizella managed to do something so that she remembers what happened.

I liked seeing Jacinda and Sabine work together.

now that henry and roni/regina are getting memories back that should be good.

i dont trust ivy/drizella. weather she is in charge or not im not sure but either way i dont trust her.

So, it turns out Ivy is awake. With Belfray and Rumple awake it makes 3 of them... Roni and Henry are on their way I hope... I'm liking this right now.
I assume the girl Rogers is looking for would be his daughter (who I think might be Rapunzel). This is the arc I'm looking foreward to

Prince Marius, I'm right in thinking that he was the same Prince Lady Tremaine killed in the premiere, right?

No,she killed the royal prince. Prince Marius was from another kingdom.

Very interesting episode, especially towards the end! All this time, I was feeling sorry for Ivy being put down by her mother all the time, but it seems like it's her actually calling the shots, not her mother, though she's made her mother think she is. I wasn't expecting that. So now, that's three awake from the curse; Victoria/Tremaine, Ivy/Drizella and Weaver/Rumple. And it looks like Roni and Henry could be on their way! Though Roni conveniently finding that picture in Victoria's locker was probably a clue to what Ivy was really up to. I should have guessed. That picture of Regina and young Henry is adorable.

So now to Sabine and Jacinda, I really liked their story of trying to make enough money to pay for more than their rent, that Victoria had raised. I love that Sabine loves her cooking like Tiana. Of course Victoria would try to sabotage their plans. But I liked how Jacinda realised that she shouldn't give up without a fight and bought a food truck for them. And the flashback scenes of Tiana's story was very different. This isn't quite like the Tiana in Disney's The Princess and the Frog. I very much enjoyed the inclusion of Dr. Facillier, the actor who played him seemed familiar but I couldn't place who he was. And the twist of the 'Prince' who was just a commoner trying to save his lady love from being. a frog when in fact he was actually trying to get back to being who he really was, a frog was quite fun, I should have seen it coming.
