I really don't get the complaints about Ursula's outfit; I rather like it. The color is great, and the design is very reminiscent of what Regina wore in impersonating her.

The only thing Ursulas design has in common with Reginas is the headpiece. Other then that, it looks a hot mess, the long blonde messy hair, the kind of "mermaid" dress, just no me gusta for her. They should've given her short grey hair, and if anything give her a long black/purplish Morticia gown.

I think the costume change is also because the CGI-ed bottom half of octopus would probably been too impractical to do for a lot of scenes, which I am guessing Ursula will be in.

That's a good point. I think the costume looks great. It establishes that this Ursula is not the one we think we know from the Disney movie, just that she is inspired by it.

I believe so. There has been annother title review for one of the episodes and it's called POOR UNFORTUNATE SOUL. they woul dhave to explore the back stoy of these villainous ladies. They did it with Cora, with Zelena and all the others so we get some type of picture as to why they are the way they are.
