Exactly. And ABC doesn't decide what happens in the show. They can intervine and give opinions but it's usually the show runners and the creators that call the shots.

Does ABC really ship CS?

ABC doesnt ship CS. There's a lot of speculation on threads, that is nothing to worry about. ABC did some promos for the show.. they included some awesome scenes, that had nothing to do with ships, during the super bowl. The beanstalk scene for instance was great because it looked awesome for a tv show.

There is also speculation about an interview did in the Once magazine about CS. I just got the magazine in the mail tonight. and the interview about the "little flame" also mentioned Graham in the same sentence.

Jen has chemistry with many male actors, doesnt mean a romance will evolve or stay.
The magazine also mentions Tallahassee, but nothing really current since the magazine was placed together before episodes aired.

Yeah if the interview was after the last new episode aired they would have said Bae's name too .
