I really hope they move foward and I hope Emma does open up to Snow. I kind of feel like they went back to friends. In season 2 I felt that Emna was opening up to seeing her like family and her mom. Now it's like she went back to friend mode with Snow. I also saw a comment somewhere that said that by Snow telling Charming she would stay with him and the fact that Emma wasn't brought up is because Snow feels rejected by Emma. I can see that, in the first couple of episodes this season Snow was trying to hold on to the family, mother daughter thing and Emma rejected it. Then hearing Emma call herself an orphan with no progression of them trying to get closer. I see Snow stepping back, and the whole love triangle thing blah what a waste if character development for Emma and her parents.
 But I really enjoy their scenes be it happy or sad. Actually I want a full on argument between them. They are both great actresses that it would be a wonderful intense scene and I think Snow and Emma tend to walk around eggshells with each other. They need to clear the air. |

Their talk at the unicorn mobile was beautiful; I am glad they finally came to that understanding- I feel like they really resolved any last bitterness in that conversation, and I'm glad Snow went back to the EF knowing that the pain of the situation had been finally been overpowered by their love for each other.
That last goodbye scene--dear god. Even though Emma was about to be without her parents again, I think she believed Snow-that she'd never really be alone again because they'll always be a family no matter what. I can't deal with this episode!!! |

Notice how in 2x01 Emma pulls away..she's confused, understandably so... and by 3x11 she's tearing up, because she's losing her mother all over again
