I'm not sure how I feel about them yet... I guess I have to know more
 I think the Sheriff might be a bad guy (huntsman or Wolf) but he probably won't be that bad  __________________

I'm hopeless, I may not ship them but I thought they had a good chemistry when he told her he could do whatever he wanted cause it was in his budget. Liked their hidden looks.

Another thought that crossed my mind during that scene was that Regina was paying Graham to sleep with her, and that's why it was in his budget.
