I don't ship Emma & Regina romantically but I like them co-parenting to Henry.

I loved how they finally came together in the finale and with him kidnapped I can only hope that these will be two badass momma bears as they try to find their son!

Here´s two things that i really want to see in S3:

I've said this before in the past, but I wasn't all that impressed with the writers' initial attempt to make Regina more than just a purely evil antagonist (the Daniel 'true love' story and how it fit into her issues with Snow) and felt that it actually did Regina a DISSERVICE, and so I was really happy to see that they found another way to convey the same idea by disproving Emma's statement that Regina had lied when she said she loved Henry. He really is the only person who's been able to consistently - albeit temporarily (at least up to this point) - offset Regina's sociopathic tendencies, and I think it's great that such is the case because it really does give her more layers to her character.

Henry also does great things for Emma, as he was really the first person to break down her walls - walls she put up after having her heart broken by Neal - and allowed her to let herself pursue romance with Graham and finally admit to Neal that, despite all her protests to the contrary, she had never gotten over him.

That would be great . I can´t wait to see them spending more time together. Maybe even going to Henry´s favourite places and all ^^
