Ha. An AU fic where Regina Mills rules Storybrooke High and is challenged by the Wicked Witches character. Mean Girls meets OUAT. And of course she has a love hate friendship with her bestie Mary Margaret Blanchard. And the new guy Robin Hood comes to town.

It's just so Sweet Valley High, I might write it as a one shot, after I update my other Outlaw Queen fic.
