According to What’s on Netflix, Once Upon a Time is scheduled to leave Netflix by September 6, 2020. Only after that departure will Disney be able to upload it to Disney+.
There is no confirmation from anyone at Disney+ at this time, so we do not have an exact date when the series will be available for streaming on Disney+. However, we have reason to expect the transfer from Netflix to Disney’s new streaming service to be almost immediate after watching other Disney, Pixar, and Marvel movies and shows and more leave Netflix and almost immediately jump to Disney+. It's finally happening, all 7 sevens of Once are leaving Netflix next month!
I wonder if we can expect an announcement that it will be added to the Disney+ catalog after it's gone? The series leaves Netflix, Sept. 4th! __________________
