A little honesty... I've actually had a miff thing over Graham. He was okay but after awhile he kinda reminds me too much of this other show I gave up after the fifth season Smallville Tom Welling. He was not my type.

Smallville was a sore excuse to rewrite Superman. They overused a lot of the same stuff/plots over and over again and no I'm not a Tom Welling fan, never have been, he's just too skimpy-looking for me.

Actually, you can't buildup chemistry, it's either there or it's not. As I said, I didn't mean to ship them, but it just happened. I agree that Robert has a lot to do with it, but to me he doesn't have any chemistry with Emilie or the actress that plays Cinderella.

I think Ruby's much prettier as Red. She looks so much better without all the makeup. Lana is very pretty and I do enjoy her scenes with Robert. They are cute in interviews together.

And I can't ship based on looks either. I find it hard to believe that people do that, but I guess I'm not surprised.

And you're right...that sounds pretty anti-Jen to me. -.- I actually felt chemistry between Rumpel x Ella, but I don't ship them. I could if I really wanted to, but I don't. I just recognize that they had great tension together in the ball room scene. ...And again when he was creepily groping her stomach. LOL

I agree. I know they're going for the "vixen/femme fatale" cliche for Ruby, but I think she's much prettier as Red. But trust me, people ship based on looks. In my last ship, I got guff from shallow people ALL the time, 'cause they'd say infuriating crap like, "He wouldn't hook up with her, she's too ugly." Wtf ever. -.- If there's chemistry, there's chemistry. You can't change that.

Oh, and kind of OT, but has anyone read/seen Flowers in the Attic? Cuz I TOTALLY get that FitA vibe from Rumbelle, just sayin'. He's the only man she's ever truly known, so of course she's going to think she could (or has to) love him. Just an interesting thought (minus the incest LOL).

Jakls: Thanks for posting the tweet! I read his first response to that question about working with lana and jen and was disappointed when he only mentioned Lana.

EmmaGold: I think Ruby/red is gorgeous either way, but I too prefer the natural Red look. And I like your point about chemistry. These actors wouldn't have been cast if they couldn't have chemistry with each other. i think even Emilie and Robert had chemistry, just not in the romantic way that was intended, more in a cute/platonic way.

DetectiveSaunders: I actually enjoyed Smallville when I could separate it from the original Superman, but I lost interest around the time the story caught back up with the timeline of the films. Interesting point about the compariosn with Graham.

So it looks like Gold will be out of jail in the next episode; probably by posting bail or something, but I'm hoping he seduced his way out of Emma's cell lol

True.. but it was a very interesting scene x'D The way she watches him limp off... very intriguing. Episode one made me think Gold and Ruby could have a thing, not to mention one of the recent episodes when Red Riding Hood says no request is unholy for him. That alone sparks fanfic and shipping x'D If I hadn't written that Henry drabble of Gold being his dad I might have been sticking to that pairing, but they've shown too little to keep them up as a pairing. Ruby looked into him, yeah, but Gold kind of had a "been there, done that" look on his face. xD I wouldn't be surprised if he'd "had" her at one point, considering how Granny basically called her a ****. It was obvious the writers wanted us to know she's free with her body. I definitely think there's much more to her than that.

Although I wouldn't consider giving up your body (as the price) to be unholy. xD But then, that was a different era, so never mind. lol That's like the most common prompt on the kink meme... And I saw the movie, but the book's definitely better... The movie leaves out the incest, so it basically gets rid of the twisted/heartbreaking aspect of the story. Belle only knew Rumpel and Flower!Gaston (lol), so her options weren't exactly broad...

I never took it that way before... As in, if I don't feel romantic chemistry, I don't really think of it as chemistry. ...Well ok, I guess that's not true, because I saw a high school play of Grease and thought the guys were great as friends. So I guess that means I don't really feel chemistry between Emilie and Robert either, because when I watched, I didn't really feel much of anything... I honestly found the FTL scenes kind of boring/uneventful in Skin Deep. I was looking forward to the Gemma parts...even if they weren't so long. :/ That "I'm a difficult man to love" scene needed to be extended...so much could've happened since the tensions were high. And no, I don't necessarily mean them making out. LOL

And thanks for the vid link! Twas awesome! And if people really hate Gemma, that's their problem. I've found that the smaller fandom groups are usually the most mature, because they're able to see past all the smoke screens that the masses throw up. I mean, my ship for Batverse was pretty much NON-EXISTENT, so I'm accustomed to people hating on what I love. For whatever reason, the fangirls in my circle were sweet, down-to-earth, and had brilliant minds. I liked that.

Instead of being in a "busy city" (aka what everyone else likes), we had our own little community that was calm and collected. Granted, it sucked ROYALLY that we didn't have the fan art/fan vids/fanfiction that every OTHER pairing had, but we got by. Perhaps one day Gemma will catch on. And if it doesn't? It's not the end of the world.

I've thought about that too, that he/she could have 2 accounts since it does happen sometimes... It's really stupid btw

I think that when there's a lot of hate for a pairing, it's actually because this pairing has got some chances of happening! Actually my last pairing which got a lot of hate were Jack/Elizabeth and they definitely had a chance after POTC 2

So it doesn't matter if they happen or not, Gemma already is a Strong pairing

And I really, really, need more arts/vids/fics and anything concerning Gemma

I didn't know that song of Bruno Mars so I had to listen to it, but I really think it does fit Gold/Emma as well!!
