I was hoping to maybe seeing the real Marian in the Underworld....but that'd be bittersweet.

I headcanon that she passed on to the better place like Daniel did. I really wanted the real Marian and Regina to talk

Yeah, she seemed like a caring mother and genuine nice person, so I imagine she passed on to a better place. Would have been nice for her to know Roland was cared for and loved, though.

I really thought that would have been an option especially when Robin also went along with the gang. So I don't know what happened.

I guess they didn't want to do that story.

It would have been nice to know if Marian was in the Underworld or passed onto a better place. I think there needed to be closure with the character and there never really was.

I was expecting to see Marian in the Underworld or at least Robin checking to see if she had moved on, like Regina did with Daniel. Unfortunately I think the writers just didn't care about either Marian or Robin anymore by that point.

I wasn't expecting it initially, but once some of the other characters started appearing thought it could be a possibility since Robin joined them on the excursion.
