 I also wonder if time-travel will be his end game or Zelena, he seemed to genuinely care for her __________________

He went from very scary to complete puppy in the scenes with Zelena or about her, it was great.

This week's episode made me wonder. Is Hades only the way he is because his heart is dead? Would he be a different person if it worked again?

Can't believe I actually like Hades and Zelena....
Dunno if he's sincere or not................I mean....as much as I want them in their own freaky weird twisted ways to find happiness, neither one of them are really ok mentally..... so I kinda see this ship sinking...... __________________

OUAT has had cases of characters who has had their hearts removed not being quite the same, and feeling less, so having a dead heart could definitely impact what Hades is like. But to what extent, remains to be seen.
