I love this version of Snow White, which is funny since the Disney version is not one of my favorite at all. I like that she is compassionate yet kickass, and has flaws that make sense to her as a character. Favorite OUAT Couple & why? Snow/Charming. They tick pretty much all the boxes of what I like when I ship. You're actually a cursed fairy tale character! What is your fairy tale alter ego and why? I'd be the princess from East of the Sun, West of the Moon, a Norwegian fairytale where the princess rescues the prince. Your choice of beverage and food from Granny's menu? Lasagne and coke. Snow White because I can relate to her the most, but I really enjoy many of the characters for different reasons. Favorite OUAT Couple & why? Snow and Charming. I really like all the different aspects of their relationship. I am most drawn to them and invested into their story. I also really like Belle and Rumpelstiltskin too for different reasons. I like that there are so many different types of relationships portrayed on the show. You're actually a cursed fairy tale character! What is your fairy tale alter ego and why? Ariel. I've always felt like an outsider and wanted to be 'part of that world'. Your choice of beverage and food from Granny's menu? hot chocolate and grilled cheese. Anything else? Rumplestiltskin - I feel he is the most tragic of characters. The curse started to eat away his humanity, and he lost control because of it. Everything he did was out of love, and he acknowledges his actions. He is a loving good person at heart who deserves a happy ending Favorite OUAT Couple & why? Rumbelle - because they are the most angsty and I seem to be drawn by passionate angsty love stories You're actually a cursed fairy tale character! What is your fairy tale alter ego and why? I always loved the story of Tristan and Iseult from L'Morte D'Arthur . I would be Iseult, and brave princess who stood by her man during the quests King Arthur's knights faced. I'm married, 3 kids, cats, dog, and I try to find the humor in things even when trying to end a conflict but since tweeting, posting, etc loses the feeling the poster means I usually fail and look like an ass. :wave: Alyssa. Cheese fries, huh? In my Norwegian naivete I have no idea what that is, but perhaps it's just as well. When I discovered spray cheese in a can is a thing that exists, I was traumatized.

I remember finding that out too! I thought the plasticky cheese you get in squares for burgers was bad enough! (Doesn't stop me craving them sometimes though...) Cheese fries are a thing in the UK too, only we call them cheesy chips. Not everyone does them though. |
