I think she did not wear the leather vest with the collar in season 2 episode 2. Maybe it can be from the episode with Maleficent too? Before he sent her to Maleficent's castle?

I found it. Neverlight was right, it's from S4 ep15, Enter the Dragon, where they're in the stable and he discovers she's been reading Malifecent's spell book.
