Loved this episode! Great flashback with Regina and Maleficent. Regina going undercover to find out what Cruella, Mal and Ursula are up to...such a dangerous game, but I LOVE how concerned Emma was and insisted she came along to have Regina's back.

Rumple deceiving Belle yet again I'm starting to think he doesn't deserve Belle back after all this.

Rumple using the dagger to change little Pinocchio back into August! I wasn't expecting that.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who got thrown off when seeing Maleficent dressed very similar to Zelena, I thought she WAS Zelena for a moment!
