I went back to school shopping today. One starts back on Wednesday. And the other leaves in 2 weeks. I cannot believe how fast it flew.

Yes. He's off to freshman year in college; turned 18 in July. It went so fast.

By US standards, I guess it's close. It's in Florida. A short flight but an 11 hour drive. I am driving down with him late next week.
