Belle really can't win though. I see her being criticized because she left Rumple. But then if she hadn't Emilie would have no screen time in Camelot and people would be mad that she didn't go.

I think it's not the best writing in the world because it is a little hard to believe she would just leave to go to Camelot if he's dying, and I'm a little suspicious of Blue Fairy, but I can't help thinking she'll find something in Camelot to help her save him or at least she'll think it can save him. I'm just glad to see her not being left behind this time.

Very few people are complaining about it. Most are thrilled. Don't let people's opinions take away your enjoyment from the show. I like that Belle is going on an adventure and will save Rumple because he is a priority to her over Emma and that is a welcome change to me from the Belle of last season.

^ Yep. I mean, I didn't like the scene per se, but I'm glad she went to the Camelot adventure and that she's helping Emma AND surely Rumple if she gets the chance. It's #BookWorm power you know

Oh it won't. I was just saying I was reading on Twitter and Tumblr people unhappy that she left him. I think she's going to be trying to get back to him and trying to find a way to help him.

Some people on Tumblr/Twitter need to make up their minds about Belle.

Either have her go on an adventure with the others (her own storyline)

or

Have her stay with Rumple and she is left behind in Storybrooke. (no storyline)

I would rather have her go on an adventure with the others than stay with Rumple, because I want her to have her own storyline.

Totally. Plus, since we are alternating between Camelot and present SB, it's not like screen-wise she has left him for long. Bet she'll check on him next week

I don't think so either, as baelfire24 said, if she stayed in SB, we would hardly ever see her, but now she is off on her own adventure & also fighting to save Rumple I suspect, and can't wait to see it
