Why doesn't Belle drive?

Since she became Lacey has all the knowledge of our world that the others have.

Why do we always have to see Rumple driving her around? Would anyone else like to see Belle driving a car?

Belle was fairly easy compared to Rumple. He requires more sculping and is giving me some problems. (Why am I not surprised? Stubborn little man!)

(Not everyone drives, even in the modern world. If you live in a big city with good public transit, or a walkable small town, you might never want to drive.)

I mean no offense by that. I do think probably more young women today drive than don't , and given Belle's nature it's surprising to me that she doesn't.

Of course she may very well drive and we just don't know it yet.

Driving is sometimes a big headache. I don't blame anyone for not driving in the real world. I think it also depends on where you live. I've heard in the big cities not as many people drive.
