-LOVED the songs the cast clearly had fun. Rebecca’s voice is AMAZING, she definitely deserves more signing work...Josh and Ginny were great. I liked Regina’s 2nd/longer song better. LOVED Hook’s, very fun and fitting...anf of course the last two (so all of them )
-GORGEOUS wedding and vows
-Missed Belle and Rumbelle...still holding out hope Rumple will prove to be a savior like he was born to and will betray his mother
-also, go henry!!

This was the first episode of OUaT that I've watched since the Season 5 finale, and it reminded me of everything that was great about the show and that I think got lost in Season 5 when the show "got out ahead of its skis" and squandered a !ot of potential.

In terms of incorporating and utilizing the conceptual thematics of doing a musical, I think the show did the best job since Buffy the Vampire Slayer gave us their musical episode, which is fitting since the songs used were very reminiscent of OMwF's songs, both in lyrical composition and melody.

I had issues with the Killian/Emma pairing for quite the longest time, but they eventually grew on me and I have to admit that their wedding was pretty sweet, in a myriad of different ways.

Jamie Murray is very different as the Black Fairy than I imagined, since the only familiarity I have with her is as Stahma Tarr on Defiance, but you can definitely see where Rumple got a lot of his more problematic personality traits from even though she didn't raise him.

I do wonder what this new Dark Curse is meant to do and how it's going to bring an end to this particular phase of the story on the off-chance that we don't get a seventh season, but I am looking forward to seeing those questions answered next week.

I liked a lot of this episode - it was funny, it had that certain Disney feel, and a lot of the songs worked much better than I thought they would. Snow & Charming's was my favorite, but no surprise there. Most of the numbers did feel fitting to the characters. Also thought the singing worked best in the EF - the dancing at the end in SB felt kinda out of place. I think maybe it would have worked better if it seemed less chorographed and stylized. And the musical number at the end left me a bit underwhelmed too. It felt more generic than the others.

The plot in the EF was weak, and felt like an excuse to string all the song numbers together, but since I had fun with them, I wasn't that bothered.

Charming family moments were great. And hey, baby Neal! Not happy about no Belle - I guess Rumple saying he put her (and Gideon) to sleep last ep is the cause of that, but still not happy about it.

Next week: Curse again. You don't say.

The Snow and Charming duet would have to be my ultimate favourite as well I thought every song and every performance was really outstanding, but there was something really special about the Snow/Charming duet.. I am smiling right now thinking about it

A fantastic, classic Disney episode.

Even I'm smiling and singsong-y. And I truly, madly, deeply despise television musicals.

I agree with all of this!! Rebecca does have an amazing Voice!! but then again I thought they all did. I didn't care for Regina's Short song but the Long version was much better
and Hook's song LOL gave me a bit of a POTC feel to it, The wedding was Great (even though I wouldn't say I am a Hard core Killian/Emma fan), The ending also reminded me a bit of "Enchanted" , Now I can't wait to see the Season Finale
