There's the Magic Is Coming convention at the New York Hotel in Disneyland Paris on April 18 & 19, 2015. No guests have been announced at this time but it's dedicated to OUAT. My friend and I are already thinking about going because i'll be on exchange in the UK at the time.

They do have a Chicago Comic Con but no big stars come here, at least not for shows I watch. I wish JMo would come, she is from a town that is only 10 miles from me!

I wish we would get something like this in Toronto! There is a fan thing coming up with some people from The Walking Dead, but huge. I'd be there in a heartbeat if there was anyone from OUAT.
