He was killed by Cora after the curse, right? Unless she somehow got out of Wonderland or she was not the Queen of Hearts at all.

I think the real Lancelot probably started the safe haven after the curse and really did lead it for a while, then Cora came along and killed him later. Did anyone else catch that the safe haven Lancelot was leading was by a lake too? I wonder if it was the same one he was raised near.

Possibly the effect of the curse weakened the boundaries between worlds enough for Cora to escape from Wonderland and get back to FTL. You can't shift most of the population from one world to another without some serious side effects. And Regina brought Jefferson in SB from Wonderland, so maybe Cora go back to FTL in a similar way?
