Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment announced the complete fourth season of the ABC hit ‘Once Upon A Time’ will be available to own on Blu-ray and DVD on August 18, 2015

At this point, I would not be surprised if Once gets totally removed from Netflix, so the only place you can stream is through Disney's new service.

I'd guess it depends on what kind of agreement Netflix currently has, and that differs depending on which country it is. But yes, I hope it does stay on Netflix, it's so easy to watch it on there.
