I suspect most of us are going to be pretty torn by this choice. I know I am.

One the one hand, there is a one of the first swoon-worthy quotes from Hook ("Perhaps I would" always makes my toes curl). On the other hand, there is one where his feelings are shown to be more reciprocated.

I am going to vote for #15 because
1.) it came first and, I think, was the first time his feelings were (seriously) expressed publicly.
2.) it is a self-contained quote and not a part of a string of dialogue.

I love quote #15. That is my favorite. It was very selfless of him to declare his feelings for her, so she could reunite with Neal. He knew he could scare her, and lose her forever.

I feel like emotionally #15 hits me hard, its still one of my fave scenes and dialogues and why Hook did what he did and declaring that in that moment
