A backstory on how he became a pirate and how he got his Jolly Roger...
And keep his character building, now that he has let go of Milah and shifted his revenge out of his focus etc (though him and Rumpel will always be at loggerheads, same as Snow and Regina have been in their own way) __________________

I didn't much like the last epi
 Hook was very OOC. Too fast of an evolution (even if it was in the past). I had hoped he was the one who had ditched his parents like PP. |

I didnt find him OOC, esp if connecting him to what he said in the evil queen episode and the wake up call he had... i think the end point was always going be what we saw in the finale, what Hook did and him coming back/ship going to Neverland etc
But i think maybe in the other episodes (if he was featured) we would of gotten longer to see him struggle with his revenge and letting go, but i think its due to Colin's leg I always felt Hook was abandoned or he had left feeling unwanted by them... he gave that vibe esp if he was a lost boy in his child years... __________________

I think the writers should have given us another episode of Hook's struggle to let go of revenge b/c 300 years of wanting to kill Rumpel being let go in 1-1.5 eps is unrealistic, but I can believe that Hook wanted to do something good for a child who's part of Milah and Bae.

He didnt even know Henry was gone till he got back coz he was back to save the town really and join them and be part of something, but he didnt hesistant in offering his ship and services to go after them
