The one Swan Thief scene in the episode was cute. I'm ready for the hiatus though. I'm tired of being annoyed and disappointed by the show pretty much every week so I'm ready for a break. After having high expectations going in, this Neverland arc was a big bust for me.

That's not a good scene. Therein Neal was asking for a date, and the next day when he went to Granny's for that date, Emma stood him up.

Jesus, that implies that the curse's definitely coming!

He was cute in the asking though. People were actually smiling for a second there. It's the little things. When you're not enjoying the show in general, like me, you go with what you do get.

I'm thankful i mostly watch the show for snow and charming, cause if i didn't, this show would make me crazy. I'm really sad about what they've done to emma this year, i used to really like her. she's just become so awful. it's really cruel of her to push neal away and not give him a chance.

I find it really odd when people say things like this, because Emma's characterization really hasn't changed since Season 1. She's always been a deeply psychologically damaged character, and, in some ways, is even more psychologically damaged now than she was in Season 1.

well that's exactly what i mean. i liked her in s1 and 2, but this year, she took on the martyr woe is me bit and its infuriating. I'm not adopted but i am disabled and have been neglected and abandoned (along with discrimanted against) my whole life. i'm someone who latches on to the first person who is nice or kind to me. If I was in emma's shoes, I'd be overjoyed at all the people around me that love me and would reciprocate. i can't relate to the pushing away, but that's just me.

^ If you like Emma less this season than you did in the first two seasons, you really don't understand her character and probably never did.

Most of the complaints I hear from people about the show or about certain characters make me feel like I'm watching an entirely different show than they are... as if they see the show as being something entirely different than what it actually is.

You know people actually have different opinions. No need to be so judgmental. I've never said anything before but when I see your posts I always get the feeling you like attacking people who have different opinions than you do on something you like and well that's just rude. They are allowed to, not everyone is gonna think the same way than you do or like the same things... remember that.
