I totally agree with you. The show is about magic and Adam and Eddy always say about 'hope'.
I just believe that someone died, if I see the dead body. For me hope is the last to die.

Emma knows that there are other worlds, many of them with magic. at least she could have a small hope that Neal had been saved, survived...Even the most desperate and skeptical of mortals, can have hope in the midst of the impossibility...
But this is just my opinion of course

Yes, I really think they gave up on Neal way too fast and too easily.

I hope you're right. I don't need them to believe he's still alive. I just want them to have some doubts about his death. All it takes is one drop of Rumples blood and the globe would show them that Neal is still alive and where he is.

It's also a contrived plot-line for everyone to believe he's dead.

I agree. Apparently it's important for everyone to believe that he's dead. I'm not sure why. Maybe it's because Rumple wouldn't have gone to Neverland with the others?

He will set off for this trip whatsoever. That globe with a drop of his blood on it is the only way to track Henry. Without it, they wouldn't know where Tamara and Greg had taken Henry to.

I don't think Rumple would have gone to Neverland if he had known that his son was in FTL.

It depends on when he would have found out that Neal is still alive. Let's not forget that he almost killed Henry before he knew what had happened to Neal.

I'm glad he was. Their meeting is probably my favorite ST scene.
