There's one ST moment that I'm dissatisfied with. When an injured Neal disappeared in the vortex, Emma should've knelt at the edge weeping over her loss. She had that kind of reaction to Graham's death.

I hope so too, but I can't imagine how it can be anything but depressing without feeling completely wrong. Emma thinks Neal is dead and she can't even know for sure that Henry is still alive....

In the second episode and maybe the third he can travel around FTL, meet people (Robin Hood?) and try to find a way home. 3 episodes in FTL is more than enough and I really don't want him to go back to SB all by himself. I still hope that maybe Tinkerbell or someone else who can travel between worlds, finds him and brings him to Neverland.
