They still sorta will be time-traveling since time works differently in each world.

I need to believe this or I'd go crazy. I just hate the idea of a triangle. It would ruin the whole show for me.

Both would be horrible! But the timing would make it even worse imo. What sort of mother falls in love while her child is in mortal danger? Not even to mention the fact that the love of her life died a couple of days-weeks ago. It would make Emma look really bad.

I still think the writers are merely teasing us and there won't be triangle. Also, Emma isn't the only single woman on the ship. Things could go in a completely different direction than we think.
