I'll just say that they were in a tough position. The actress wanted to leave. I would have preferred her to stay but it's out of my control
The key chain made an appearances when cursed rumple was testing earth 2 Hook I refuse to call him wish world Hook to frame Henry. He passed by putting the key chain instead of the villain bracelet in Henry pocket. Henry also looks at the keychain wistfully as he talks about how he loves Swan and his fake memory was he choose to write the character Emma swan. He thinks the ouat events were in a book he wrote |

Noone wants their favorite character killed off. And everyone has a differenr idea what their happy ending should be like. It's just that we knew ST wouldn't get one. It wasn't possible anymore.
