I guess we have to be grateful that we know as much as we do. After watching Tallahassee I thought it was Neal who called the cops. It didn't make sense and seemed completely OOC. I'd hate to still think it could have been him. I'm glad the writers explained that it was August but it shouldn't have been on twitter.
