Once Upon A Time - Once Upon A Time Convention Vancouver

I'll be attending the OUAT Convention in Vancouver on the weekend. I know it's the first one that is being hosted, but does anyone have any idea of what it might be like? Also, should I be dressing up as one of the characters? Or will most attendees wear street clothes?
