I think Neal would have been fine with Robin and his kid to live there. after all Robin was a reason he got to Neverland. Plus I like to think Henry gave Regina permission to give to Robin.
I think Neals apartment will be empty until it's used by someone next season cause I don't think the writers have the budget to make a new set. I think that's why neals apartment was used instead of Emma s this season which was more elaborate. I think Emma might have took the dream catcher this time |

We saw him there 2 times. He definitely wasn't happy for the first time we saw him there.

I agree. The first time le looked sad and the second time he was on the run. I don't think he experienced a lot of happiness during these 11 years.

And if that wasn't possible than Neal still deserved to find happiness. I'm not sure how but killing him off was a terrible idea.
