I actually liked that Henry, Neal and Rumple all found out at the same time, but I was disappointed with what happened after the truth was revealed. Not enough time was spent on this part of the story.

I agree. Once the big secret was out, they almost immediately moved on to fighting Cora and then to the Neverland SL.
