I'm not sure I understand what the problem is. People will never agree about everything, but I don't feel like the thread is getting negative.

I like the idea about Emma being MMs foster daughter. It would have been nice for both of them to meet when Emma was a child or teenager.

I remember reading a fic where Snow came to our world, had Emma who grew up knowing about the curse and how she has to break it when she's 28. And when she's 17 she falls for Neal.
