Maybe this one: "Maybe [Rumple is gone], maybe not. And if he's not, maybe he can get me back to Emma." - Neal

Hey guys, I've just caught up on OUAT and I'm so sad about Emma and Neal Especially about Neal of course, to me it really felt like the writers screwed them over completely

It's really very sad. They had so much potential.

It's a difficult line. Do you think we can still use it?

"Maybe he can get me back to Emma"? The simplified version.

Or, if we want to alter it:

"Maybe [Rumplestiltskin] can get [Neal] back to Emma."

If anyone's ever read the Thursday Next books, in one of them, a fictional character (sort of Ming the Merciless) has gotten out of the book he belongs to and is moping because he understands his author means to kill him off for no good reason. The main character tries to talk the author (who doesn't know his character got loose) out of it, but he's determined.

Then, Ming the Merciless gets his author's address.

When next seen, the author is very anxious to make sure everyone knows he has no intention of ever killing off that character.

So, we just need to get scaly Rumple get loose from the world of fiction and have a chat with the TV powers that be.

And be standing by with lots of dry pants for after the discussion is over. And maybe a snail terrarium or two.

I'll change the title on the list.

I would love to see that. If anyone can get Neal back it's Rumple!

Careful on criticism on the writers you don't want another strike. The new titles sound good

I could be wrong about this, but I think we're allowed to criticize the writers as long as we're not negative or repetitive. I don't think we'll get a strike for a harmless joke.

Just joking. And I don't even mean that sarcastically or ironically. All writers, no matter how good, can have a character-comes-after-them-for-the-plot moment. Imagine what would have happened to Shakespeare, after all, if Romeo's mother got let loose on him. Or maybe Hamlet's.

"Look, Bill, I know my boy's been a total mess since his dad dropped dead and, if I have to put up with much more of this moping around the castle looking like a one man funeral procession, I may knock him off myself--No Freudian implications intended*--but, seriously, did you notice how many corpses you have in that final scene? It may practically be the middle ages, but don't think our castle scullion crew won't go on strike when they see they have that to clean up."

*Hated. Freudian. Analysis. Unit. Still can't talk about Hamlet without seeing it everywhere.
