I think he'd concoct a cunning plan

Trying to arrange things so that Emma think Neal has said or done this and vice versa. He'd stage the situation and think that as long as they spend time together in a positive way everything will fall into place and his parents would remember they are true loves.

I can picture Henry doing something as faking a message where Emma thinks she gets a message from Henry and Neal thinks he gets a message for someone only when they show up at the location they find each other.

A scene I'd like to see on the show is Emma asking Neal for his help, them sitting Henry down and explaining why they aren't together. Henry would get upset like he did when he was trying to get Snow and Charming back together. I could see him running out the room/upstairs and Neal asking Emma if it's true, that they'll never be together.

She'd tell him it could have happened once but now their time has come and gone. Neal would tell her maybe it isn't and maybe the kid has a point about true loves. And maybe they are like her parents after all, since they did find each other again. And, he'd leave while she thought this over.
