They should do what makes sense, not what makes the loudest fans happy.

I couldn't agree more, but I don't see this happening. Maybe if weren't on twitter.

It's always a bad idea for show runners to be on twitter.

Until we know where the writers are headed, we don't know what is going to happen to swan thief. I know everyone is down with all the speculation about swan thief, but nobody can read the authors minds, so we won't know until we see the season.

Not to start a hate rant,, but I am so sick of Hook consuming this show. I think his character "development" has been spoon-fed to us and we're expected to swallow because he's good-looking and charming. I understand people not vibing with Neal/Emma since they obviously have hurdles to overcome, pains from their past, etc...but Hook being so head over heels for Emma during the Season Two to Season Three jump was so implausibly contrived. I find it boring, which is a death sentence for my attention-span with a show. Neal deserves a storyline. He deserves not to be killed off before he gets a storyline. The entire point of Storybrooke, the center of the entire show, is because of Neal and he's had all of one conversation with his father outside of Neverland. I hate to scapegoat a reason, but I'm scapegoating hard in Hook's general direction. __________________

I couldn't agree more. In season 2 he was a villain. Now, a couple of days later (!), he's suddenly a hero. I have no idea when/how he fell in love with Emma. It probably happened off-screen, like so many other "unimportant" things.
Some people on tumblr believe he's an imposter and not the real Hook. I'd love to believe that's true. It's the only explanation that makes sense, but I can't. I really think it's just bad writing. |
