Maybe he will be "beautiful" though depending if he's a "Beast" type of character but for now he definitely looks creepy

Probably a character who's been up to alot of mischief. For some reason, I'm picturing Mr. Gold a little more laid back, or subtle, after having lived in the mortal/human world for awhile.

I want flashbacks

. I think he was probably a fairytale version of Sawyer, maybe he was a con man, or a sort of thief, doing what he had to do to survive. Then he gets caught and goes to jail.

I think that 'Sawyer' could be a good comparison. Not a black and white character by any means.

I think we might see him 'conflicted.' I could turn out to be wrong, but I see it happening with him right now more than I do with Regina. The story is probably going to keep some 'baddies.'

True. I think he may be redeemable, if he's one of the bad ones. Maybe he will want redemption from the start.

Well, I think he might not want it from the start but I think it will come along the way, and somewhere along the road he might even deserve it

I think he might be more redeemable than Regina too
