Mr. Gold/Rumplestiltskin is going to be the possible 'villain'
Rumplestiltskin had very difficult past! Remember, he didn't want to go fight for the king, he was affraid to loose his only son (who was not even his!) his wife betrayed and abandoned him, later, Cindirella not just breached her contract, but she hurt and harmed him... etc
