And it's probably a smart move to keep it a bit under wraps that you have Wicked Witch hellbent on revenge travelling along with you while they're in Camelot. It's not like Arthur reacted particularly well to even a mere mention of the Dark One.

Her sister also has a way of getting under Regina's skin, of course, and she doesn't exactly have time for that while they're trying to keep up an appearance and work on freeing Merlin in Camelot. Lana did this quite well, you could really pick up on the exact moment Regina was done with this conversation and going around in circles with Zelena.

Yeah, thus far Zelena hasn't exactly made much of an effort, which is probably why that "second chance" comment annoyed Regina so much. And it's been, what, two days since she cut off her own hand, kidnapped Robin and threatened to kill him while trying to use dark magic to get herself back to Oz. Trust doesn't come easy with that memory fresh in mind. No one's expecting a huge gesture from her, I believe, but keeping her hands off Robin and not wreaking havoc every chance she gets might be a start.
