I loved the scene where he zapped the Fairy Godmother. I know some people didn't like it and it was "murder" and so on. But I took it for what it was. A tongue in cheek moment. It really shocked me though but made me laugh. LIke when he turned Gaston into the rose. I know I probably shouldn't be amused but still.

I was about to say that I didn't think the parallel worked perfectly because Belle lived a long, happy life and Bae was cut down in his prime, but then all of a sudden I realized that actually they both died the same way: making sacrifices. Bae died so his papa could take down Zelena and Belle died (as opposed to letting Rumple make her younger) because she knew he could find the Guardian and lay the curse to rest forever.
