He wouldn't. Because there's no reason to think Rumple would serve Hydra. Not in the Grimm's. Not in OUAT. They're different universe, who have no knowledge of eachother. However, in canon stuff since we're talking about this (and CA is primarly from comics, is born in the "Hydra" universe) CA is a bad guy. A Nazi serving Hydra. That's MCU because it's marvel canon. Marvel created it. And movies extrapolates.
But yes, CA would not serve Rumple, or Hydra wouldn't trust him, smart CA

So Yes! CA is the best spy/agent of Hydra and the Nazis, I honestly can't wait to see Rumple fighting Hydra and their flag Captain America!!!!!!!!!! Whoooozaaaaaaa! How cool would it be for Rumple to join the Avengers to defeat Hydra and CA once and for all?

I don't see Rumple as much of a joiner, Hydra or The Avengers. More likely he'd flip them both off (the V that the British use) and call them both a bunch of wankers.

Hydra wants power and world domination. Something Rumple has never been into. Also, he isn't much of a team player, which would not go well with the Avengers. IMO, he'd rather be a homebody with Belle and Rumpette.

I mean most of us enjoy fanfic and have read crossovers. I don't see much difference between writing it and speculation. Joseph strikes me as being young so I think we can give him some leeward.
