Jiorjiina provided me a timeline a month or so ago and when I reviewed the episodes in that order, it was absolutely clear that Rumple was different post- Belle. Post-Belle he was sadder - he didn't kill anyone, but rather he was more of a trader. He looked sad as Charming said goodbye to his mother.... I know there were other instances, but I can't remember. Of course there was his true love potion and his mantra about how nothing is more powerful than true love and what it creates or something like that. I'm sure during those years after Belle's "death" (even prior to, before she left), he'd fantasized about being with her, maybe even having a child. I think so because he adored his son - with a woman he didn't love. I imagine he thought about having a child with this woman he DID love.

For the writers to be showing us this before Skin Deep is pretty remarkable.......shows they had a huge plan.

Awww, that makes me love Rumple and Rumbelle even more. Her presence in his life changed him fundamentally.........that's really saying something. THAT is love.
