She is a survivor, and used to being a loner, and therefore a sucker for the underdog. Against her better judgement, she will compromise herself to fight for what is right and to help those in need. She is strong and aggressive, but her brokenness and her emotions are not buried far beneath her tough exterior. He first reaction to most things is anger, but she has spent her life trying to manage her temper. She is both rash and calculated, and is forced to deal with her instincts to protect her child, a child she believes she is not capable of mothering. In the simplest form, Emma is a list of contrasting qualities: She is hard and soft; she is intense and easy going; she is strong and vulnerable; she is safe and dangerous; she is logical and impulsive. She was so good tonight! I was so proud on her calling out Sydney, Regina and Rumple. She is no longer falling for their BS.

I am so happy Emma is finally opening up her eyes. It feels good knowing she will no longer take it from Regina or Gold.

I liked Emma kicking ass tonight. Finally she's got a little fire back. But I'm hating that all people seem to want to do is use her. I wish she would give them all the finger (except her parents and kid) and say screw it, I don't want to save the world. It's a thankless job!

oh man she was great ! and the last scene finally showed us she is ready to fight against Regina.Things just got real for the first time.
The one moment i loved is when she cut that tree and stand up to Regina and now that moment can go hand in hand with this  __________________

I'm seeing on tumblr that Emma has no legal rights....but that's assuming the adoption is even legal. Emma assumes it is...but if she truly believes Henry is in danger and can prove it....Regina is a sociopath.
