Rumspringa [6x17] Episode Discussion PROMO CLIPS Nick and Schmidt take Jess on a relaxing day trip to Solvang! EPISODE SUMMARY IT’S TIME FOR NEW BEGINNINGS ON AN ALL-NEW “NEW GIRL” TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 21, ON FOX. When Jess gets nervous about starting her new position as principal, Nick and Schmidt decide to take her on a relaxing day trip to Solvang, which quickly goes “sideways.” Meanwhile, with Cece’s help, Winston tries to finalize his divorce from Rhonda, but finds that he and Aly are caught in a series of never-ending pranks in the all-new “Rumspringa” episode of NEW GIRL airing Tuesday, Feb. 21 (8:00-8:31 PM ET/PT) on FOX. I'm so excited for this episode. Nick helping Jess. Jess and Schmidt. and RHONDA is back!!! Can't wait to see how that goes.
Brazil's summer hours are over, so now I'll have 15 minutes to get home after my dance class to watch the episode. I'll have to skip the post class talks. But for a great reason  |

Nick and Jess aside... I did like the episode.
Aly and Winston are now great prank partners. Why didn't you like it? Just because of Reagan (that I don't agree with how is being writen too), or anything else? |

I thought I'd like it because I love NJS dynamic. I love WinAly and Cece so much. But
 Besides the fact they are forcing NJ I found Jess over the top annoying. I don't like the writing for her. Her character is very problematic and noone seems to acknowledge it. I can't stand Rhonda. She is over the top mean. All I wished for entire time was that Aly kicking her ass. I didn't find the things happened enjoyable or funny. Everything was pretty much predictable for me also, from pranks to NJS being locked up in the cellar. Everything NJ said. Everything they do to trash Reagan. I only couldn't see Rhonda adopting Aly coming up because I don't think it's even possible. So I give them that. Predictible and such a bad writing for me. I get why NJ fans like but to me it all feels forced and wrong. I liked the cold opening, all of them together, but especially Schmidt and Jess They gotta share more scenes.I liked Schmidt opening the door and getting his confidence again. I liked his last quote. I liked when Rhonda was Aly'd. I liked Cece's reactions to all of this, she's my queen. MVP of the episode. __________________
