It means with live demo rating was 0.9 but with adding DVR recording it increased to 1.7

Yes I think very good. It shows that people who doesn't watch live, record it to their DVRs and watch later. That's why FOX previously said that live ratings don't matter anymore, they consider many things to measure whether to cancel a show or not and ratings are not that important as it used to be since no one actually watches TV So I am hopeful for a 7th season, but will see
