So, it was good to see True American again but only briefly. It lead to the hangovers on which the episode turned.
Cece drunk texting Buster turned out OK. It was good to see her really smile towards the end of the episode, she looks happy with the young Aussie. His jokes and stereotypes were a bit kitsch but I like his bravado. The three lads trying too hard to impress the two "new Girls" was good in parts and I liked that Winston found some mongrel. It will now be interesting what part the girls will play in the remainder of the season. That leaves Nick and Jess. I was left with a what the hell feeling. Out of no where, no notice, no lead up and contrary to everything we heard or saw. Where was "if you love someone, it's simple" or "I want passion even if it's harder and hurts more" or "the messy parts are the best parts"? And for Nick, where was " I'd do anything for you" or "there nothing I know more than I want to be with you"? I am hoping that after taking a Bex and taking a good lie down and sleeping off the hangover, they'll uncall it. But being TV land, that probably won't happen. There's five of them in a four bedroom loft. There has to be a reconciliation or someone is moving out __________________

I dont like whats happening and I dont enjoy. I was waiting for ness' break up but it did not make any sense at all... and where is my schmece? whats happening... blah

I learnt a new term in relation to TV today. It appears that I have been too "invested"; both in time and emotion. I've had a week to get used to it and I feel like I have been scammed.
Kudos to Jake and Zooey in the way they play their characters; the writers may be able to repair the Nick and Jess relationship but it is going to take a lot more to rebuild the faith. __________________
